Trade journal data: If you use the Trade Journal feature, we store the trade information you choose to enter (pair, direction, entry/stop/target prices, outcome, and notes). This data is private to your account and is not shared with other users.
Waitlist information: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, how you heard about us.
Payment information: When billing is enabled, payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process subscription payments
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- Improve and troubleshoot the Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- A market data provider (OANDA) to source forex price information
- A hosting provider (Render) to run our backend services
- A payment processor (Stripe, when enabled) to handle billing

We retain your account and trade journal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
