Confluence is a software toolkit for organizing and analyzing forex market information. It includes tools such as market structure visualization, position sizing calculations, a trade journal, session timing information, and related reference material.

Confluence is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment adviser. We do not provide personalized investment advice, trade recommendations, or signals telling you when or what to trade. Nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Confluence does not place, execute, or manage trades on your behalf, and does not connect to your brokerage account for trading purposes. All trading decisions and actions are made entirely by you, using your own judgment, outside of this Service.

Trading foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance — including any backtested, historical, or hypothetical results shown in the Service — is not indicative of future results. We make no representation that any information, analysis, or tool provided through the Service will result in profitable trading or protect you from losses.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its underlying data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure
• Misrepresent the Service as providing licensed financial or investment advice to others

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, and delays or errors may occur.

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding third-party market data), is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
